The Phase I facility spans 4,000 square meters and features a fully automated French fry production line designed for intelligent and large-scale manufacturing, boasting an annual output of over 30,000 tons. Supporting infrastructure includes potato-controlled atmosphere storage, cold storage, a boiler room, a refrigeration plant, and a wastewater treatment facility. The planned Phase II project will introduce a dedicated hash brown production line with an annual capacity of 4,000 tons.

The company employs a complete production line incorporating advanced domestic technologies, covering the end-to-end processing of French fries—from washing, peeling, cutting, and sorting to blanching, drying, frying, coating, quick-freezing, weighing, packaging, metal detection, and palletizing. With a daily processing capacity exceeding 200 tons of raw potatoes, the facility produces 100 tons of high-quality frozen French fries destined for both domestic and international markets. Future plans include utilizing potato by-products to develop additional value-added items such as hash browns, potato balls, and potato starch, enhancing resource efficiency and productivity.
